The Villa is in a quiet and peaceful location overlooking a conservation area, where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, and yet in minutes you can sample everything that has made Florida the holiday and vacation centre of the world.

Located on Indian Point, a relatively new development 3 miles south of Highway192, close to all amenities "and ideal" even if you simply want to laze around your pool and let the rest of the world go by!

A quiet residential area built around a lake. It boasts an oversized community pool and cabana, tennis court, basketball court and children's play areas.
